It Starts With Me: Self-Love and Self-Care
A three-night Loving Men residential event: Friday 14 - Monday 17 September 2018
Poulstone Court, Herefordshire
with Dennis Carney and Tim Foskett
It Starts With Me is a deep dive into crafting a loving relationship with yourself - from which emanates all other loving relationships.
When we relate well to ourselves - with affection, curiosity, kindness, appropriate boundaries and self-challenge when needed - we find a positive alignment inside ourselves. Life is no longer a tortured journey of self-criticism - it becomes more fun, more exciting and more vivid. People who love and care about themselves are more attractive to others, and more able to love others - they already know something about what love is.
Cultivating this kind of relationship may be a life long task for many of us .... but a worthwhile one, especially if you want to be intimate with others.
We'll work in small and large groups - and using a variety exercises to make connections, reflect, experiment and play. There'll be free time each day to explore the grounds and stunning local countryside. For more information about getting the most out of a Loving men event click here.
Whether your single or in a relationship, come and join us for four days of exploration, experimentation, practice and connection with others. If you're ready to change gear in your relationship with yourself - this is a great place to start.
